Thank you for shopping with SH Design. We specialize in made-to-order custom apparel and DTF transfers. Every order is carefully produced and packaged to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • California Orders: Flat rate shipping of $5.00

  • Outside California: Flat rate shipping of $9.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • California: 1–3 business days

  • Other U.S. States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • SH Design is not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SH Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, SH Design only ships within the United States.
