Refund policy

Overview

At SH Design, all products are made-to-order, including custom apparel and DTF transfers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Products (Apparel & DTF Transfers)

All custom items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect, damage, or error caused by us.

This includes:

  • Custom t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel

  • DTF transfers (gang sheets and individual prints)

  • Personalized or printed items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or product)

Please contact us within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12–24 hours of being placed.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Color & Print Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen settings and printing processes:

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or texture are not considered defects

Sizing Issues

  • Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • SH Design is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by customers.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing-related issues.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error
